Long Beach School District

The Long Beach Association for Gifted Children is an affiliate group of the Mississippi Association for Gifted Children. LBAGC was started during the 2006-2007 school year and has progressively grown into a very successful parent group.LBAGC won an advocacy award at the MAGC Conference 2010. They were the only affiliate group recognized that year, and the officers recognized were Randall Hicks, Karen Dykes, and Sandi Dulaney. These parents have been active in LBAGC for many years now and are the main contributors to the success of the group.
